Plague Signet - Guild Wars Forums

I have read several websites description of this signet and after using it heavily this last BWE I feel the info I am reading is wrong.

This is the text I have read on the different sites:

Plague Signet {Elite}
Transfer one negative condition from yourself to target foe. 50% chance of failure with Curses of 4 or less.

This was my Elite skill of choice this past BWE and I took it because it transfered ALL negative conditions to target foe. I verified this in use many many times.

Please someone correct me if this has been changed since the end of the last BWE as it will affect the builds I am formulating.

You never really know what sources have the right info, and you often find conflicting information, you'll have to go with what you know, and if the skills you're using have been changed, you just have to adapt quickly.

The funny thing is that all the websites I consulted listed the info the same and incorrect.
